Cauliflower Rice


  • 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  • Tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • Large head of cauliflower
  • Tablespoon of chopped rosemary
  • Tablespoon of thyme leaves
  • Kosher salt
  • Ground black pepper


  1. Cut cauliflower into florets.
  2. Use a food processor or box grater to finely chop florets.
  3. Place riced cauliflower in a kitchen towel to ring out any excess moisture.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium and add oil.
  5. Add riced cauliflower and cook for five minutes until tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and add herbs.
