The Ultimate Vegan Burrito


  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • Taco seasoning
  • 1 pack Gardein beefless ground
  • 1 can back beans
  • 1-2 avocados
  • Lettuce, shredded
  • 1-2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 8-10 large flour tortillas


  1. Cook the rice.
  2. While rice simmers, heat the beefless ground meat in a pan on medium heat and combine with beans and taco seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Chop lettuce, peppers, avocados and any desired toppings.
  4. Evenly distribute toppings and meat on tortillas.
  5. Wrap up the burrito.
