Spiced Tilapia


  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 tbsp cayenne
  • 1 tbsp black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF
  2. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop out some avocado to create a well
  3. Add spices to bowl and mix together
  4. Lay tilapia on a foil-lined baking dish and brush with olive oil
  5. Lightly sprinkle both sides of each fillet with spice mixture
  6. Bake for 10 - 12 min or until fish is white and flakey
  7. Dig in and have a hoppy Easter
