Steak Marinade

Steak Marinade


  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Ziplock bag
  • Steak


  1. Place all ingredients (except for the steak) together in a small bowl and whisk.
  2. Put steak in a large ziplock bag, pour marinade on top and seal.
  3. Let it marinate in the fridge for minimum 30 minutes (the longer, the better).
  4. Leave steak out at room temperature for 20 minutes before you get grilling.
