Grilled Salmon
INGREDIENTS
- 1 salmon fillet
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 1 lemon
DIRECTIONS
- Cut salmon into 1 ½ pound fillets.
- Season salmon fillets with lemon juice, pepper, and salt.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to 450°- 500° F.
- Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon fillets on the preheated grill.
- Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with fork.
