Blue Dragon Pad Thai cooking sauce made with tamarind, garlic and a hint of chili ideal for making your own Pad Thai at home. Just stir fry shrimp and/or chicken, scramble in an egg when nearly cooked, pour over the sauce and add this to some cooked pad thai rice noodles. The sauce is vegan so it can be made with Tofu for a vegan dish. Mild, No artificial flavours or colours, vegan, NON GMO certified. Serves four.
