Cilantro

Cilantro has that funny effect: you either like it or you don't! This is an aromatic herb used to flavour or garnish meats, soups, fish, etc. Keep it longer by placing it in a small glass of water to keep the stems wet. Cover the glass with a plastic bag and keep it closed with a rubber band. If you have an upset stomach or discomfort, drink an infusion of fresh cilantro leaves.
