YOGURT GARLIC

INGREDIENTS

  • Teaspoon of chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • Cup of plain yogurt
  • Tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Use a mortar and pestle to mash the garlic into a paste with salt.
  2. Stir together with the yogurt and lemon juice.
