Two More Ways to Get More for Less
Teaspoon of chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
Cup of plain yogurt
Tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
Use a mortar and pestle to mash the garlic into a paste with salt.
Stir together with the yogurt and lemon juice.
Try brushing it on your favourite fish before baking or grilling.
