The Perfect Breakfast in Bed
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs, cooked to Mom’s liking
- Watermelon, sliced
- Oranges, sliced
- 1 cup of coffee, brewed to Mom’s liking
- 4 strips of bacon
DIRECTIONS
- Cook the bacon on medium heat. Remove once crispy.
- Cook the eggs on medium heat. Make sure to ask Mom how she likes them! Season with salt & pepper.
- While the eggs cook, brew the coffee and serve hot.
- Place all ingredients on a plate and garnish with the sliced fruit.
- Serve to Mom in bed with a big hug and side of kisses.
