The Perfect Breakfast In Bed

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs, cooked to Mom’s liking
  • Watermelon, sliced
  • Oranges, sliced
  • 1 cup of coffee, brewed to Mom’s liking
  • 4 strips of bacon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook the bacon on medium heat. Remove once crispy.
  2. Cook the eggs on medium heat. Make sure to ask Mom how she likes them! Season with salt & pepper.
  3. While the eggs cook, brew the coffee and serve hot.
  4. Place all ingredients on a plate and garnish with the sliced fruit.
  5. Serve to Mom in bed with a big hug and side of kisses.
