Two More Ways to Get More for Less
1/4 cup of corn kernels
1/4 cup of black beans
2 green onions
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon of taco seasoning
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
Pit avocados, juice lime, slice onions thinly and mince garlic.
In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth.
Stir in the lime juice, onions, garlic, corn, black beans and seasoning.
Add salt and get guac-ing.
