ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 ounces of strawberries
  • 2/3cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2cup of sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Freeze strawberries.
  2. Place frozen strawberries and sugar in blender.
  3. Blend until fruit is chopped.
  4. With blender still running, carefully pour heavy cream in and blend until fully mixed.
  5. Top with fresh strawberries and commence brain freeze.
