Two More Ways to Get More for Less
tablespoons of olive oil
cloves of garlic
teaspoon of salt
teaspoon of pepper
shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Mince garlic and remove the woody ends of the asparagus.
Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking oil spray and arrange asparagus on it.
Mix together olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Drizzle mixture over the asparagus and toss to coat evenly.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the asparagus begins to get tender.
Remove from oven and top with the shredded mozzarella. Broil for 4-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
