1 salmon fillet
Ground black pepper
Cut salmon into 1 ½ pound fillets.
Season salmon fillets with lemon juice, pepper, and salt.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the grill to 450°- 500° F.
Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon fillets on the preheated grill.
Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with fork.
