Two More Ways to Get More for Less
4 teaspoons of onion powder
2 teaspoons of sugar
¾ teaspoon of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cups of salted cashews
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
4 teaspoons of dried parsley flakes
Mix the onion powder, sugar and garlic powder together.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the cashews, seasoning mixture and lemon juice.
Cook and stir for 4-7 minutes until the cashews are toasted.
Stir in the parsley. Drain on paper towel and let it cool completely.
