CASHEWS

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 teaspoons of onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cups of salted cashews
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons of dried parsley flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the onion powder, sugar and garlic powder together.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the cashews, seasoning mixture and lemon juice.
  3. Cook and stir for 4-7 minutes until the cashews are toasted.
  4. Stir in the parsley. Drain on paper towel and let it cool completely.
