Easy Cheeseball Holiday Apps

INGREDIENTS

• 2 pkgs. cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 8 oz. shredded old cheddar cheese
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• Pepper, to taste
• 1 cup pecans, chopped small (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Add cream cheese, sour, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper to a medium mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
2. Add in cheese and continue mixing. Cover bowl and chill 1 hour to help it firm.
3. Shape into a ball with greased hands.
4. Place pecans in a medium bowl. Roll cheese ball through pecans to cover entirely.
5. Serve with crackers and a smile!
