Classic Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cabbage, shredded
  • 3 tbsp onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 tbsp Selection olive oil
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1–2 teaspoons poppy seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk the mayo, oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and poppy seeds together in a large bowl.
  2. Add the coleslaw and onion to the mix and toss.
  3. Refrigerate overnight, or a minimum of 2 hours.
