  • 2avocados
  • 4eggs
  • 0Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F and lightly coat baking tray with oil
  2. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop out some avocado to create a well
  3. Crack a single egg into each avocado well
  4. Bake avocados for 10-15 minutes (until egg whites have set)
  5. Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste
  6. Take on the day with energy and protein
