- 2 apples
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 200 °F.
- Slice apples thinly. In a large bowl, toss them with the sugar and cinnamon.
- Place a metal rack inside a rimmed baking sheet. Lay the apple slices on top, spacing them out so no apples overlap.
- Bake for 2 to 3 hours, flipping the apples halfway through.
