2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
Preheat oven to 200 °F.
Slice apples thinly. In a large bowl, toss them with the sugar and cinnamon.
Place a metal rack inside a rimmed baking sheet. Lay the apple slices on top, spacing them out so no apples overlap.
Bake for 2 to 3 hours, flipping the apples halfway through.
