Grasp the applicator firmly by the thick end. Shake down 4 times to ensure contents are at the thin end. 3. Bend the thin pointed end several times. Detach the thin pointed end from the applicator and discard. (Do not use scissors or tools to cut the applicator tip). 4. Sitting or lying on your back with your knees bent, gently insert the open end of the applicator deep into the vagina. 5. Pinch the thick end of the applicator 2 to 3 times to deposit the gel. 6.
