Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment's moisturizing and emollient base hydrates and softens lips to alleviate cracking and seriously dry lips. Its advanced medicated formula penetrates to temporarily relieve the discomfort of cold sores and severe lip dryness. Apply to lips liberally 3 to 4 times daily. Consult a physician for children under 2 years of age. CAUTION: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and rinse thoroughly with water if contact occurs. Discontinue use and consult a physician if symptoms persist for more than 7 days, worsen or disappear and then reappear within a few days. Do not apply to large areas of the body or under a bandage.
